Action on Disability within Ethnic Communities (ADEC), a not-for-profit organisation, needed funding to expand services supporting culturally and linguistically diverse communities affected by disability. Sustained grant success was critical to ensuring inclusion, independence, and wellbeing.

Approach

CIS provided a combination of retainer and project-based support over seven years. We crafted compelling applications aligned with grant criteria, emphasising ADEC’s mission and community impact.

Outcome

ADEC secured over $2.5 million in grants and tenders, enabling tailored services that promote participation and strengthen capacity to respond to emerging needs. CIS’s support enhanced ADEC’s ability to deliver culturally responsive programs and advocacy.
