We partner with organisations across Australia’s agricultural ecosystem, including Agricultural Research & Development Corporations (RDCs), university agricultural faculties and agriculture-and-food-focused Cooperative Research Centres (CRCs). We collaborate extensively with primary producer organisations and farming cooperatives, agribusinesses, food-technology start-ups and agricultural-technology companies. We also work alongside government agricultural departments, funding bodies, Indigenous enterprises and not-for-profit agricultural development organisations, reflecting our deep understanding of the entire agricultural value chain.
We deliver comprehensive project management and strategic advisory services, with particular expertise in agricultural research and innovation management-such as supporting the establishment of agriculture CRCs and evaluating industries for AgriFutures and RDCs. Our major successes include the Net Zero Emissions from Agriculture CRC ($300.9 million awarded to develop technologies that reduce methane emissions from grazing cattle and sheep), agriculture-focused initiatives within the Solving Plastic Waste CRC ($141.9 million) and the establishment of the National Agriculture & Food Incubator (NAFI) to help early-stage ag- and food-tech companies become investment ready.
