Jennifer Lieu

Jennifer is a highly skilled management consultant with nearly 15 years’ experience delivering impactful projects across the public and private sectors. She brings a rare blend of financial, commercial, and analytical expertise, combined with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across industries including government, manufacturing, heavy industry, mining, building and infrastructure, net zero technologies, agriculture and higher education.

With a diverse background spanning management consulting, accounting, and corporate finance, Jennifer specialises in designing and developing sophisticated business cases and economic models to support strategic decision-making, capital prioritisation, and successful funding applications. Her work has underpinned multi-million-dollar submissions to Federal and State governments where she has successfully supported clients in obtaining more than half a billion in funding to deliver on major initiatives in Australia.

Jennifer works closely with senior executives from industry and research to facilitate partner engagement, co-design programs, implement major initiatives and to set up businesses. She also supports leadership teams in developing strategic plans as well as evaluation frameworks for large initiatives. She has led program and project reviews for government agencies including major projects such as the Victorian Government’s Drought Response Package and Strategic Fuel Breaks Program.

Jennifer holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
